Upon arrival, you’ll begin climbing the 365 stone steps to access the hilltop stupa. From the top, you can catch the beautiful panoramic view of the entire city. It’s common to find monkeys around the stupa. From here, you’ll begin driving towards Kathmandu Durbar Square, the historical site with an ancient Malla Palace and numerous temples.
After lunch, you’ll begin driving towards the pilgrimage site of Pashupatinath. You can explore the beautiful Hindu site and witness some of the intricately designed temples. It’s also common to find monkeys around the temple area. The tour ends with a visit to Boudhanath Stupa, the largest spherical stupa in the country. Located in the bustling Boudha town, the stupa remains a hub for the large influx of Tibetans. Today, you will get to explore the tourist sites of fifty-five windowed palace, the palace turned into a museum, Naytapola Temple, Krishna Temple, and the Royal courtyard. After enjoying a delicious lunch with local yogurt, you’ll head towards Siddha Pokhari (Royal pond). After exploring the beautiful pond, you’ll begin driving towards the scenic hill-station of Nagarkot. After an hour-long drive along with the small Newari settlements and lush green fields, you will arrive in Nagarkot. You’ll drive to your resort overlooking the beautiful valley and mountains.
The day begins with a short tour around Nagarkot. You’ll wake up early and begin driving towards the local watchtower to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. From here, you can catch the unobstructed view of the entire mountain massif in the north. Some of the most popular peaks visible from Nagarkot are Everest, Manaslu, Dorje Lakpa, and Langtang.
After enjoying this scenic view, you’ll head back to the hotel and enjoy your breakfast. Afterward, you’ll begin driving south towards Chitwan. A scenic 7-hour long drive through the Prithvi Highway brings you to the Mechi-Mahakali roadway. Continue driving alongside the Rapti River and pass through beautiful Terai towns towards Chitwan. The day ends at the Sauraha region of Chitwan valley located on the banks of the Rapti River.
Chitwan valley is home to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Chitwan National Park. Established in 1973, the national park remains home to some of the most exotic wildlife including Royal Bengal Tiger and One-horned Rhino. The day begins with a breakfast and a short drive to the Community Forest.
You can choose to ride an Elephant or take a jeep for the safari inside the community forest. Explore the lush tropical forest and encounter numerous exotic wildlife including leopards, striped hyenas, Bengal foxes, Gharial, mugger crocodiles, Sambar deer, Hog deer, and Rhesus monkey. Afterward, you’ll head back to Sauraha, and visit the ethnic village of Tharu and the Danuwar tribe

Enjoy a delicious breakfast and then embark on a scenic road journey to the north. The Pokhara City lies 147km from Chitwan. Leaving Chitwan, you’ll begin driving through the Mechi-Mahakali Highway and take a detour along the Rapti River towards Prithvi Highway.
Enjoy a scenic 5-6hr long road journey along the massive Trishuli River towards Pokhara. Upon arrival, you’ll begin driving towards the lakeside area. The scenic view of Annapurna I and Machhapuchhre welcome you with arms wide open. Pokhara is home to nine different pristine lakes, including Phewa Lake. You can take a stroll around Phewa Lake and enjoy a lavish dinner in one of the finest restaurants.
