The planned highlight is a brief stop at an authorised Kala Patthar landing point for mountain views and photographs. Himalaya Kingdom Treks & Tours coordinates hotel transfers and flight arrangements, with the landing and exact route confirmed for your departure.
The upper Khumbu route and Kala Patthar landing must be explicitly confirmed by the operator before booking. Aircraft loading may require smaller passenger groups and additional shuttle flights. Meals are not included in this package.
All flight and visit times are approximate planning allowances. Your pickup time and flight sequence will be confirmed before departure.
Morning transfer from your Kathmandu hotel. Complete identification checks, weighing and the pilot’s safety briefing.
Follow the approved route towards the Khumbu. A Lukla stop may be needed for fuel or operational reasons; it is not a promised sightseeing visit.
Continue on the operator-approved upper Khumbu route, with shuttle flights if required by payload limits. If authorised and conditions permit, make a brief landing at the designated Kala Patthar point for photographs. The pilot determines the stop length and may omit the landing.
Return to Kathmandu, with any necessary operational stops, then transfer to your hotel.
A short Kala Patthar landing is planned only when explicitly confirmed by the operator and permitted on the day. An Everest Base Camp landing is not included.
