The Everest Three Passes Trek links the Everest region’s major trekking valleys in a challenging Himalayan circuit. Beyond the familiar trail to Everest Base Camp, the route takes you through Chhukung, across the Khumbu valley, into Gokyo, and down the quieter Bhote Koshi valley.
Starting with a flight to Lukla, follow the Dudh Koshi through Phakding to Namche Bazaar. Continue through Tengboche and Dingboche, with acclimatization days in Namche and Dingboche before reaching Chhukung. Cross Kongma La, approximately 5,535 m, to Lobuche, then visit Everest Base Camp and climb to the Kala Patthar viewpoint, conditions permitting.
A shorter stage to Dzongla separates the Everest Base Camp section from the next pass. Cross Cho La, approximately 5,420 m, to Thagnak and continue across the Ngozumpa Glacier route to Gokyo. Spend a second night here, with an optional Gokyo Ri hike before crossing Renjo La, approximately 5,360 m, and descending through Lungden and Thame to Namche.
Himalaya Kingdom Treks & Tours provides guiding, porter support, accommodation, meal arrangements, and local logistics. This trek is intended for fit travellers with previous multi-day trekking experience. Crossing all three passes depends on weather, snow and ice conditions, health, and your guide’s assessment; an alternative route may be necessary.
A shorter version can be discussed for experienced, fit trekkers, but removing acclimatization time is not a routine shortcut. A two-pass or Gokyo–EBC itinerary may better match a shorter holiday.

It includes acclimatization stops, a shorter stage before Cho La, a second night in Gokyo, and a Kathmandu flight contingency day rather than compressing the major objectives.
It is a high-altitude trekking route rather than a summit expedition. Nevertheless, snow, ice, steep ground, and glacier sections can make it serious. Route and equipment decisions depend on actual conditions.
