After breakfast, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley. Later, meet your trekking guide and complete the preparation and briefing for your Upper Mustang trek.
Road Option: Travel to Pokhara by tourist bus through scenic hills, rivers and countryside.
Flight Option: Take a domestic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara and transfer to your hotel.
Road Option: Drive from Pokhara to Jomsom through the spectacular Kali Gandaki Valley and continue to Kagbeni.
Flight Option: Take an early morning scenic flight from Pokhara to Jomsom, followed by the trek to Kagbeni.
Begin the trek into Upper Mustang through the Kali Gandaki Valley and traditional villages. The landscape gradually changes into the distinctive high-altitude desert scenery of Mustang.
Cross the Ghami La and continue toward Tsarang. Explore the historic village, ancient monastery and surrounding landscapes.
One of the major highlights of the trek. Walk through spectacular Mustang landscapes toward the historic walled city of Lo Manthang, the former capital of the Kingdom of Mustang.
Enjoy a full day exploring Lo Manthang. Visit ancient monasteries, traditional houses, cultural sites and the historic Royal Palace area.
Begin the return journey through remote villages and spectacular Himalayan scenery toward Drakmar.
Continue through colourful cliffs, valleys and traditional Mustang settlements as you gradually descend.
Trek through beautiful Mustang landscapes toward Chhusang, passing traditional villages and dramatic rock formations.
Continue toward Kagbeni and then travel onward to Jomsom.
Road Option: Drive from Jomsom to Pokhara through the spectacular Kali Gandaki Valley.
Flight Option: Take the morning flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, subject to weather and operational conditions.
Road Option: Travel to Kathmandu by tourist bus.
Flight Option: Take a domestic flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
